Refund policy

If you receive a faulty unit, contact us within 90 days of delivery for inspection. Requests made after 90 days may still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Before returning anything, contact Strike Industrial with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved before anything is sent back.

Most products are non-returnable. Return requests may be approved on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee.
