Return terms and fees
Returns for a refund are subject to a 35% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error. Defective units may be exchanged after the defect is confirmed. Return authorization is required before anything is sent back.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
