Factory New Guarantee

New items purchased from Strike Industrial can be submitted for inspection if they appear faulty out of the box.

Faulty units within 90 days

If a new unit arrives faulty, contact us within 90 days of delivery so we can review it for inspection.

After 90 days

Past 90 days, please contact us for case-by-case review so we can look at the part, order history, and supplier conditions.

Return approvals and fees

Most products are non-returnable. If a return is approved, it may be subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee. Return approval is required before anything is sent back.
