Shipping & Returns FAQ

When will my order ship?
We pride ourselves on fast and efficient shipping. All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the next business day from our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Orders that are faster than ground will ship same day before 3:00PM EST. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Are all items in stock?
Yes! Every stocked item listed on our website is in-stock and ready to ship. Any item that does not have stock can be easily quoted upon request!

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $99. However, if you need your order delivered faster, we offer expedited shipping options through UPS, FedEx, and USPS at additional rates. Expedited shipping is available for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

What is your return policy?
We offer a limited 30-day return policy on all unopened items. If your product is still sealed and unused, you can return it for a refund with stocking fee.

What if my item is defective?
If you receive a defective product, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We offer refunds or replacements for any defective items. Please contact our support team with details, and we’ll take care of it right away.
